Our application has a strict policy of reminding users to remove all their personal belongings from car sharing vehicles.

In the event that you accidentally leave something behind in the vehicle and it has not been rented by another user, you can make a new reservation free of charge to retrieve your forgotten item. If the car is no longer at the location, please contact our customer service center at 080 12 23 to report the lost item. We will keep a record of the missing item and also check if the item is still in the vehicle or if another user has already found it and reported it to us.

If we find the lost item, we'll keep it safe with us until you can come and collect it.
