Users of the Avant2Go Car Sharing service are required to take a short tour of the rented vehicle before starting their journey. During this tour, they check for any possible damages or deviations in the vehicle. If any damage is discovered, the user can report it to our user help center by using the damage report button in the application. It is recommended to attach a photo of the reported injury as well.

If you are not comfortable renting a vehicle with damage, you have a 15-minute window to cancel the reservation free of charge and choose another vehicle before the rental period starts.
