1. How long does the credit stay valid when buying a promo package?

The credit that you have paid for will remain valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

If you have purchased a package that offers additional credit for paying a certain amount, then this extra credit will typically be valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. You can check your additional credit and its validity period in the Benefits tab of the application (Wallet - Benefits).
